Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped of your choice on the shipping process

  1. Express courier 1-3 business days at a cost of 50 shekels

  2. Mail courier 4-7 business days at a cost of 30 shekels

  3. Registered mail 7-14 business days at a cost of 15 shekels

From the moment the payment is confirmed for you, we started working on the product you chose to create!

Once the package is ready you will receive an update from us that the jewelry is on its way to you, the next step the courier company will contact you to deliver the package to you.

It should be noted that according to the choice of shipping method, this is how the jewelry is prepared and delivered on time, so if you ordered an express courier for example, there is a chance that you will receive the jewelry ready on the same day!

4. Delivery to the city of Eilat is a different delivery and a representative will contact you within 30 minutes of placing the order

Comments:

  1. Delivery times apply to all items on the website (if there is any problem we will contact you about 30 minutes from the date of order confirmation)

  2. The order will be delivered after the purchase process is completed, provided that the order is received within the transaction period as defined on the requested product page, provided the customer owns a valid credit card that can be charged and cleared in Israel, and provided the credit card company that issued it approved the transaction.

Return and exchange policy

The exchange and return policy only applies if the jewelry has not been specially tailored to the customer.

If the jewelry has been customized (personal engraving, a special pendant creation or anything that the customer asks us to create for him).

It will not be possible to exchange the jewelry and it will not be possible to get a refund for it.

You can exchange jewelry with us only if you have purchased a ready-made model that has not been specially adapted for you,

The exchange will take place when you choose an alternative model and our representative will contact you to arrange a replacement date that suits you ( note that jewelry can be exchanged once at no extra shipping cost, if you are interested in replacing the second time, the customer will bear additional shipping cost).

All this is conditional on the customer not using the jewelry and there being no defect in it, against the presentation of a receipt / payment made in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. A full refund will be given only on products that have not been customized to the customer approximately 14 days from the date of payment.
